Any other relevant information
The Adams County SPCA requires the above information from Rescues because although we know there are very legitimate Rescues out there, we also know there are some rather bad ones too. We are just looking out for the best interest of the animals we care for. The Rescues that we have worked with in the past have been very receptive to this policy, because it also helps them improve the image of Rescues, by watching out for the bad ones.
